Recently, Charter Oak Unified School District increased their security measures at two district sites. The district has expanded their existing surveillance camera system to include the Palm View Adult Education facility and the adjacent Royal Oak Middle School site, along with a secure wireless network link for video viewing back at Covina Police Department. This effort focuses on vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the parking lots, along with campus activities. The addition of multiple high-definition surveillance cameras enhance security measures at both locations. All cameras are recorded around the clock and video can be monitored and reviewed at the school district as well as Covina Police Department. Leverage Information Systems designed and installed this system as they have been the selected vendor that designed and continues to support the districts existing surveillance system. Leverage has extensive experience in the design, deployment and ongoing support for municipal surveillance platforms.
