City of Rancho Cucamonga Selects Leverage for City Wide Surveillance System

The City of Rancho Cucamonga conducted a lengthy RFP process to secure a vendor for their city wide surveillance system.  Leverage Information Systems was selected at the conclusion of the process where their DETECT software and their reputation for successful municipal surveillance installations were decisive factors in making the decision.  This will be the initial phase of the multi-phase deployment.  It consists of a dozen cameras deployed around the perimeter of the Victoria Gardens Shopping Complex.  Designated as the Public Safety Video Network, this project is intended to share video assets among a wide variety of city departments and agencies.  This method shares the cost among users while at the same time enhancing public safety and improved quality of life for its citizens.
